When I discovered Big City Mobility, we were in a real pinch: we needed a wheelchair for a restaurant that didn't have an elevator. I thought there was little chance in NYC that they could pull it off with such short notice and all our requests—but they absolutely did! Terrance did an outstanding job. He delivered the wheelchair to our hotel before the event, which was the best approach—restaurants themselves often can't handle these situations directly. He then met us at the restaurant with additional wheelchair options, helped guide us (since restaurant staff could get "legally involved" in certain ways), and made sure everything went smoothly. At the end of the luncheon, he even came back to pick up the chair. It was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had, especially during what was a stressful and time-sensitive situation.
