The BEST Mobility company I have ever used!!

From the beginning Terrence helped me over the phone assuring me that the company was legit. I was hesitant considering it would be my first trip to NYC & I didn’t know if this place was a scam. I did find them on TikTok when I searched for mobility scooters NYC . Their price was also unbelievably reasonable!

The week we planned to travel, they had a record blizzard in NYC. I called Terrence to ask if I should cancel. He said I could cancel if need be. However he would send me videos and pics of NYC to give me an idea of what things looked like. He did just that!

He also informed me that almost all Ubers and Taxis had Wheelchair accessibility.

It was so comforting knowing I had someone in NYC to help me & someone who seemed genuine and willing to help even if it meant losing business or a customer due to weather.

Terrence delivered the scooter to our hotel and picked it up from there as well.

If I could give them a million stars, I would! I can’t stop singing their praises because this company is definitely a diamond in the rough! When I was afraid of being scammed during my first time in NYC, Mobility NYC came to the rescue! I highly recommend them!

The scooter was also extremely comfortable!!! And if I can just tell you about that battery life bro! Omgeeee! I drove it around Mid Manhattan, down to the subway & everyhing! It was thee best scooter I’ve rented! If you are in need of an amazing scooter with a reputable company in NYC- search no more! You’ve found them!!! I’ll definitely be back! Thank you so much!!!
