Disaster Averted
Shirley Lyn's wheelchair from another company broke down in the middle of Times Square and called Big City Mobility urgently to help. In less than an hour, a new wheelchair arrived and a disaster was averted.

On the way to NYC with a tour company, one of our chairs became unusable. This would have been horrible had I not discovered this company. With just 1 hours notice they showed up as we were unloading the bus! Then met us at the restaurant at the end of the day. Not only exceptional but also unexpected level of service. Oh and the chair was in top shape everything working as it should.
